Email Policy

Mail Add-on for TrustedServiceArea CRM

The Mail Add-on for TrustedServiceArea CRM (hereinafter referred to as "Mail Add-on") enables you to fetch, view, compose, and send emails directly from your TrustedServiceArea CRM account. If the Mail Add-on configuration for a user (hereinafter referred to as "Configuration") is set to "record level" or "complete," the emails fetched will be visible to other users within the TrustedServiceArea CRM account according to the permissions set by the administrator. These emails may persist as part of the CRM account's records.

Once the Configuration is set to "record level" or "complete" and locked by the administrator, you will not be able to change it without the administrator's explicit permission.

Telephony Functionality

When using telephony functionality as part of TrustedServiceArea CRM, you agree to the following:

  • You may be required to provide additional information, as mandated by relevant regulatory authorities, to purchase telephone number(s).
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in all jurisdictions regarding your use of telephony functionality.
  • The telephony functionality is not intended to support or carry emergency calls to any emergency services.
  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrustedServiceArea from any third-party claims arising from your use of telephony functionality.

Short Message Service (SMS) System Notification Functionality

By using the SMS System Notification functionality, you agree to the following:

  • You will receive SMS notifications about your upcoming tasks, meetings, calls, and appointments ("SMS System Notifications") on the primary contact number associated with your TrustedServiceArea CRM account.
  • The frequency of these SMS notifications depends on your notification preferences set within your TrustedServiceArea CRM account.
  • You can stop receiving SMS System Notifications by modifying your preferences within your TrustedServiceArea CRM account.
  • If you are located in the US, you can:
    • Opt-out of receiving SMS System Notifications by replying "STOP" to the sender number.
    • Request additional information by replying "HELP" to the sender number.
  • Standard SMS charges may apply for such responses to SMS System Notifications.
  • TrustedServiceArea and network service providers are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery.

Usage Limits for TrustedServiceArea CRM

TrustedServiceArea may prescribe usage limits based on the subscription plan you have chosen. It is your responsibility to ensure that your usage remains within these limits to avoid interruptions in service. If you reach the usage limits corresponding to your plan, TrustedServiceArea may restrict certain activities until the limits are reset or upgraded.

Terms for Use of API

Integrating TrustedServiceArea CRM with third-party applications using our APIs requires technical expertise. Errors or defects during the integration process may result in data loss or corruption. It is your responsibility to engage qualified technical professionals for successful integration.

You agree that TrustedServiceArea is not liable for any data loss or corruption caused by errors or defects during the integration process.

You must not attempt to access functionality that is not documented in the API documentation. TrustedServiceArea will not be liable for any consequences resulting from the use of undocumented or unexposed API functionality.

API Deprecation

TrustedServiceArea may, at its discretion, discontinue or upgrade an API version. When an API version is deprecated (hereinafter referred to as "Deprecated Version"), TrustedServiceArea will notify you through a service announcement. For six months following the announcement of deprecation (hereinafter referred to as the "Deprecation Period"), TrustedServiceArea will make commercially reasonable efforts to support the Deprecated Version.

During the Deprecation Period, TrustedServiceArea is not obligated to provide new features or updates to the Deprecated Version. Support for the Deprecated Version may be discontinued within the Deprecation Period if:

  • Required by applicable law.
  • You breach any provision of these terms or the General Terms of Service.
  • Continuing support poses a security risk to TrustedServiceArea or its users.

API Usage Limits

TrustedServiceArea may establish usage limits for APIs, including but not limited to:

In such cases, an API call may fail or be partially executed if the limits are reached before or during the execution of the API call.
